The Custom Closet Process

  • 1. In-Home Consultation

    Each project starts with a free design consultation in your home where we’ll take measurements, discuss your needs, and choose finishes.

  • 2. Design & Quote

    We provide a detailed quote that includes all material and install costs, along with a 3D model of your space so you can sign off on the design with confidence.

  • 3. Order & Schedule

    We order material and schedule your install date once a 50% deposit is paid on your quote. A 12 business day turnaround is standard for most projects.

  • 4. Delivery & Install

    We craft all the elements of the project to size off-site, ensuring our install is tidy, efficient and dust free. We take great care to ensure the installation is minimally disruptive, tidy, and perfectly executed.

  • 5. Follow-up

    We’re happy to make final adjustments to ensure your new storage solution fits your life perfectly. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our installations, so we are always here to help or make adjustments.

  • 6. Spread the Word

    Our business is based on the satisfaction of our customers and word-of-mouth referrals, so we offer a 10% discount on any project referred to us by a customer, or 10% off your next project with us!
